Against my better judgment, I signed up a couple of months ago for the Mini-Marathon in Indianapolis in May. Or course at the time, I was running really great outside and enjoying the fall weather. Now it is the holiday season (which is busy) and it is too cold to run outside. But I am determined to find a way to stay on track.
I found a terrific website with a Half Marathon Training Guide. I’ll be starting the 12 week training next week because I am up over 3 miles now. If you have any interest in trying to run a half marathon, you should definitely check it out!
