Once upon a time when my kids were small, Cheerios were pretty much their own block in the food pyramid in our house. As they have gotten older, Cheerios have taken on the role they play in most people’s houses–breakfast. However, I have to say that I do make myself a little snack mix with chocolate Cheerios, popcorn, Raisinettes, and dried fruit sometimes as well. Healthy and tastier than anything I can buy.
Why all this talk about Cheerios? Cheerios is also partnering with a non-profit organization called The Family Dinner Project, to create The Family Breakfast Project, which provides tips, recipes and activities. As part of that, you can download a coupon for Buy One, Get One Free Cheerios. It’s only valid through February 15 and limited to the first one million downloads!
