I’ve written before how much I love Influenster and the chances that they give me to review cool products. My Spring Fling VoxBox just arrived and it contains:

- Peach Pie Car Freshener from the Labor Day Movie
- Playtex Sports Fresh Balance
- NIVEA Skin Firming Hydration Lotion
This box didn’t have quite as many items that I am excited about as the first box that I received, but you never know what products you are going to fall in love with! The first thing that I did was put the car freshener in my car. It was a nice nod to the Labor Day Movie campaign that I did for them recently and a reminder that I meant to order a Peach Pie for my 4th of July Party.
I didn’t know what I was going to do with the Playtex tampons because I have an IUD and rarely have periods. My daughters are 10 and 13, and don’t use them yet. But then something interesting happened. We were set to go swimming and my 13-year-old started. We had a conversation about it and she told me that her BFF uses tampons. I saw the box sitting there and decided I would give it to her and let her choose if she wanted to use them. I explained that it might be tough at first.
Playtex was a lifesaver! She figured it out fast and is practically begging to switch to them full-time. I told her that she could use them for swimming for now until she really gets used to using them responsibly and then we would discuss her using them more frequently over the next several months. She’s already used half the box so it looks like I will be buying more!
Up next I will be trying the mascara because I am a freak about mascara and love trying new brands. The Rimmel London Scandaleyes Retro Glam promises a “thicker, fuller, wide-eyed look.” That’s exactly what I love. I have a wedding to attend this weekend so I will likely try it out for that.
